By commissioning me, or buying my designs, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service (T.O.S.).
Violations of my T.O.S. will result in a block or blacklist depending on severity. If you were in the process of commissioning me when you broke my T.O.S., a refund will be issued as soon as funds are available and the art piece scrapped.
Once you've been blacklisted, you will no longer be able to commission me or purchase my designs, and all communication between us will cease permanently unless I decide otherwise.🐌Art T.O.S.🐌

NSFW🐙I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission/ trade/ request at any time, for any reason.
🐙A commission is art that I am paid to make. This takes highest priority.
🐙A trade is the exchange of art or a character with someone else's art or character.
🐙 I only take requests (free art) from my closest friends or on my own terms, if i chose to offer. Free art may or may not get completed and may not meet my highest efforts as a result. These are just made as a gift.
🐙This honestly shouldn't need to be said, but do not claim my art as your own or remove my watermark/signature from any artwork of mine. Do not use any of my art for any reason if you are not the commissioner or current owner of the character. As long as my watermark is clearly visible on the art piece wherever it is displayed, no credit is needed but is appreciated ❤️
🐙I accept PayPal and Cash App (preferred), Zelle, and some gift cards as payment for commissions. I may take other things as well, feel free to ask!
🐙I will NOT start on your commission until I receive 100% of the payment upfront. NO exceptions.
🐙Once payment is sent, I do not provide refunds. Exceptions can be made in the case where I am unable to complete your commission in a timely manner (~1 month) or in violation of the T.O.S .
🐙Please note that I currently work a FULL 40+ HOURS A WEEK, and my free time in which I am able to do art can vary from week to week. It may take me a few days to start on your commission, but I'm working on it, I promise! If it's been over 2 weeks and you haven't heard anything from me, feel free to send me a gentle reminder.
🐙Once a commission is complete, I will only make small changes unless I personally missed something or messed something up. Please make sure you have clear and concise reference images at the ready when you commission me, and let me know when I send you WIPs if you want something changed! I will NOT work off of a description unless I'm designing you a custom.
🐙Please note that I may not always reply quickly, or have time for small talk, due to my busy schedule. Unless we are already friends, I would prefer to keep communication between us related to the commission at hand.
🐙You own the character, I own the artwork. This means I reserve the right to use the finished piece as an art example or post it on my various social media. If you would prefer your commission remain private, let me know BEFORE you commission me! (Additional Charges may apply)
🐙Do not trace my work. Referencing is okay!
🐙Do not use ANY of my art as an NFT or feed my work into any A/I engine.
🐙Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes without talking to me first. An additional fee will be discussed in order to use my work commercially.🦞Design T.O.S.🦞
🐙I do allow holds, but only for a max of ONE week. If you fail to pay or ghost me without some form of valid reasoning you will no longer be able to place any designs of mine on hold, and may even be blacklisted.
🐙If offering art, it MUST be completed within two weeks. Failure to comply with this rule will result in you no longer being able to offer art on my adopts, and you may even be blacklisted completely. Exceptions can be made, but you must communicate with me and keep me updated.
🐙Once you own a character I've created, you may redesign it however you like within reason! However, I ask that you retain a copy of the original file, even if the image is hidden in their gallery.
🐙Don't claim my designs as your own creation, nor remove my watermark if present.
🐙Do not sell one of my designs for more than their original bought/traded for value, unless additional art has been added. Art made by yourself is allowed to be counted towards the character's worth, and you may price it the same you would a commission.
🐙Do not use my designs for NFTs or feed my work into any A/I engine.
🐙Do not use my designs in a hateful manner.
